Invoice Cloud Buys Leading Healthcare Payment Solution HealthPay24

Invoice Cloud has acquired the majority of ImageVision.net, whose HealthPay24 product is in use by hospitals across the United States, to expand into new vertical with leading healthcare payment solution. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

HealthPay24 was developed by ImageVision.net to specifically address the need for point of service and online payments in the healthcare industry. HealthPay24 is the first software solution dedicated to processing healthcare point-of-service payments, it set the gold standard in Point of Service and Online Payment processing for hospitals with a simple, secure, compliant solution that is fully integrated with all the major Hospital Information Systems. Since it’s released, HealthPay24 has been enhanced and improved with suggestions from over 300 Hospitals and Physician facilities, enabling healthcare providers to have a tightly integrated payment solution.

ImageVision’s States Bob Bennett, Invoice Cloud CEO, said in a statement: “Building a great company begins with finding great people. When we spoke directly with the HealthPay24 clients, it was clear that the product and service were provided by an extraordinary group of people. Despite the fact that we were probing for issues, every one of their Clients was effusive in their praise of their experience with the HealthPay24 product and the people behind it. These senior hospital system Revenue Cycle managers cited the system’s simplicity for their staff and patients, the integration across all payment areas of their hospital system and the nimbleness of the Company to meet emerging needs, like EMV support, as key differentiators.”

Headquartered in Braintree, Massachusetts, Invoice Cloud is a privately-owned company that provides Trusted, Secure E-Payment and highest adopting Electronic Bill Presentment (EBPP) Solutions. The company is a high-growth company with over 500 clients in 36 states in the United States.
