Battle Resource Management Inc. Acquires Clearsoft, An IT Service Firm

The deal strengthens BMRiy’s ability to help federal and commercial clients move more agile And confidently from transformation concept to reality with innovative, cost-effective solutions.

Battle Resource Management, Inc. has acquired Clearsoft, an IT services company that provides agile enterprise software development and systems integration to Federal and commercial organizations. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. 

With Clearsoft under its roof, BRMi becomes a single source for end-to-end capabilities that accelerate and optimize digital transformation, including cloud migration.

Mike Battle, founder and CEO of BRMi, said in a statement: 
“It is increasingly clear that successful digital transformation – in the government and commercial sectors – requires business process innovation as well as new technology. Few firms, however, possess the distinct capabilities and skill sets required to deliver excellence across both domains. BRMi’s acquisition of Clearsoft positions us to fill this void.”
