Digital Reasoning, a leader in cognitive computing technology, has acquired Nashville-based Shareable, a health care technology provider which offers a mobile clinical documentation platform. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, Shareable is a health care technology solution provider offering a mobile clinical documentation platform for structured and unstructured data capture and exchange. By acquiring Shareable, we are able to accelerate the development and delivery of new healthcare solutions. I am proud to welcome the Shareable team, and excited about Hal taking a leadership role at Digital Reasoning to thoughtfully apply our combined technology assets to solve valuable problems for our customers and partners.”
