The deal will strengthen PSS’s position as a leading-edge provider of high performance data analytics, cybersecurity, and cloud-based solutions to the Intelligence Community. It also expanded PSS’ professional services capabilities and substantially increased its presence in a broad spectrum of critical national security programs.

Founded in 1991 and based in Tysons Corner, Virginia, Preferred Systems Solutions provides information technology, engineering, and program management services. The company currently provides Classified Technology Solutions, Acquisition Support, Program Management, and Financial Consulting services to government and industry clients.
The company serves the US Intelligence Community, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, Defense Logistics Agency, U.S. Transportation Command, and the Departments of Homeland Security and State. In addition, PSS has satellite offices in Lexington Park, Maryland; Norfolk, Virginia; and Fairview Heights, Illinois. It also has field locations in Hines, Illinois; Ft.
