IdeaScale Acquires InnovationManagement.Se To Enhance Its Offerings

The deal will enable the company to offer an end-to-end innovation solution for organizations of all sizes.

IdeaScale, the California-based innovation management solution, has acquired InnovationManagement.se (IM), the world's leading platform for cutting-edge innovation management content, best practices and online training programs. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The deal comes as part of IdeaScale's goal to enhance its offerings and offer an end-to-end innovation solution for organizations of all sizes. As part of the transaction, IdeaScale will now offer fully-featured IM training programs to their existing customers and partners.

Rob Hoenhn, CEO of IdeaScale, said in a statement: 
"Innovation was once thought to be the purview of the elite, accessible only to a closed group of researchers," and also added this: "What we're seeing is a trend towards openness everywhere and that means making it easy for anyone, anywhere to introduce significant, positive change – whether they're an experienced innovation practitioner or not.
